Justice Health & Forensic Mental Health Network Profile
Justice Health & Forensic Mental Health Network cares for 30,500 inmates and detainees annually and is responsible for providing health services in over 80 locations in metropolitan and regional NSW. Each year there are over 150,000 movements of adult inmates between correctional centres and court complexes.
As at June 2010, Justice Health & Forensic Mental Health Network had 1,056 full time equivalent positions, 76% of whom were classified as medical, nursing, allied health staff, oral health workers and other health professionals.
