Justice Health considers its workforce as the most significant asset, as such a Recruitment and Retention Plan has been established for the benefit of employees.
New Employees from interstate and overseas are provided with a Relocation Booklet to guide decision-making in matters relating to their move to Sydney.
In addition, contribution to relocation expenses will be considered for various employees, in particular, those who are highly skilled and being categorised in areas of workforce shortages. It should be noted that areas of workforce shortage for new recruits may change from year to year.
