Executive Support & Planning Unit
The Executive Support & Planning Unit provides a range of services to assist and support the Chief Executive (CE) and the organisation. This includes managing the whole-of-organisation planning, performance, and communication functions. It also involves managing and responding to health sector wide reform activities.
This unit is also responsible for liaison with the Offices of relevant Ministers and preparation of ministerial’s and high level briefings.
