Justice Health is committed to creating a culture of organisational learning.
Working in the criminal justice system requires specialised training for all staff across the health service. Health professionals, managers, administrative and support staff are all actively encouraged to participate in development programs and activities linking their own professional development needs and the strategic direction and outcomes of the health service.
The bi annual Learning and Development calendar allows staff and managers to plan staff development opportunities.
