Management Development Program
The Justice Health Management Development Program (MDP) is interactive and designed to build management capacity and influence a positive organisational culture through self-evaluation, education and networking.
The Executive and senior management team are committed to and are actively involved in the program.
Participants come together for two days a month during the year long program. Workshops are lead by the Executive, senior managers, educators and external facilitators.
Program workshops include Team Building, Value Clarification, Organisational Culture, Recruitment & Selection, Performance Management, Managing Grievances, Emotional Intelligence, Coaching and Financial Management, Making Meetings Work, Presentation Skills
The MDP is a fantastic opportunity for staff at Justice Health to improve their management skills and to network with other members of the organisation.
