Justice Health and Forensic Mental Health Network is committed to creating a culture of organisational learning.
Working in the criminal justice system requires specialised training for all staff across the health service. Health professionals, managers, administrative and support staff are all actively encouraged to participate in development programs and activities linking their own professional development needs and the strategic direction and outcomes of the health service.
Justice Health NSW coordinates a program of internal and external learning and development opportunities which assists staff and managers in identifying and planning their professional development.
