The Management Development Program (MDP) is a 12 month program and development opportunity for new managers to gain competencies and work place skills to manage and lead people and contribute to improve workplace culture.

The MDP is aimed at managers in substantive and acting roles or those who relieve as managers and is suitable for both clinical and non clinical staff.

The MDP is designed to create a supportive infrastructure for new managers to promote professional development whilst increasing skill level. It is an interactive program that seeks to build management capacity and influence a positive organisational culture through self-evaluation, education and networking.

The MDP is mapped to the Diploma of Management qualification and with candidates awarded the Diploma of Management BSB51107 upon completion.
