If you are a patient, there are more ways you can give feedback: 

  • Speak with the Nursing Unit Manager at your local health centre. 
  • Call the Justice Health NSW patient health enquiry line. 
  • Call the Corrective Services Support Line.

To protect patient confidentiality the Client Liaison Officer must obtain the patient’s written consent before disclosing any health-related information.
