Tell staff straight away if you have any of the below:
- Sore or scratchy throat
- Cough
- Shortness of breath
- Loss of smell or taste
- Fever or history of fever (e.g. night sweats, chills)
- Vomiting or nausea
- Diarrhoea
- Headache or muscle pain.
There are things you can do to help keep you and others safe from COVID-19:
- Get Vaccinated
- Keep 1.5m away from others where possible
- Surgical masks are available
Cover your mouth and nose when coughing or sneezing
Wash your hands regularly
Avoid contact with others if you are unwell
Tell the nurse if you get sick
What can increase my risk of serious COVID-19 illness?
- If you have not received 3 doses of a COVID-19 vaccine or if it has been more than 4 months since your booster.
- If you have diabetes, are overweight, are pregnant, have a heart, lung, liver or kidney condition or a condition that lowers you immune system or have been a smoker.
- If you are over 60 years old.
