The Justice Health and Forensic Mental Health Network (the Network) website is maintained by the Network. This website’s Privacy Policy applies to all the publicly accessible pages at www.justicehealth.nsw.gov.au.

If you have already consented to sharing additional information with Google, then the Network will also be able to see non-identifiable demographics including age brackets, gender and interests. This information is retained only while the user is accessing the site.

How do we use the information collected?

The information collected during each visit to the Network’s website is aggregated with similar logged information to identify patterns of usage of the site. This will assist us in improving the Network’s site and the services it offers.

The Network will not disclose or publish information that identifies individual machines or individuals without consent or otherwise in accordance with the New South Wales Privacy and Personal Information Protection Act 1988.

Will this policy be updated over time?

This Privacy Policy may be updated due to the developing nature of online privacy principles.  The revised Privacy Policy will take effect when it is posted on this website.
